Cinco De Mayo Tournament - El Paso, TX

The LadyCats were back in action at Blackie Chesher park in El Paso, Texas from the 4th to the 6th of May.  Enduring some warm temperatures and a seemingly relentless sun, the Cats went 3-1 in pool play to qualify as the 2nd seed in the tournament.  The Cats showed that their defense is continuing to improve and showed that they know how to put up some runs.  In the end though, the girls went 2-2 in bracket play and finished 2nd in the tournament.  The girls fought hard especially in the some of the games in the middle of the heat and amazed all of us.  Great job ladies on the finish and we will continue to work and grow in getting ready for the 2nd Annual Classic in Las Cruces, NM in two weeks.
